Unable to find  didutil:did:jar:1.0.1 dependency required in the crx-core-1.4.0.pom

I am trying to build my project using maven and I am not able to build it, since it is missing the following dependency didutil:did:jar:1.0.1. I was wondering if this jar is published in adobe public repository.

I believe in more recent versions of CRX, this artifact has been replaced by a different package, which is available from the Adobe maven repository.

Is there a particular reason you are working with such an old version of CRX?

Thanks for your reply. I am working with developers who set this system up. I have no idea why they are using this version of CRX. The problem is I was able to build successfully until I got updates from their svn. Then build stopped working.

How can I get this file and install it? Can I force build with Maven using -U?

I am being told this is a configuration issue, not a code issue. I haven't changed any of my settings, how is this possible?

I just ran into the same issue, what I did was to exclude the dependency (didutil).

You can do this via the <exclusions> option of the <depedency> element.
