Please Help

I have Acrobat Reader and Adobe Reader installed but I am unable to open PDF files

    Please give us some vital details such as platform, versions of programs and OS, and what happens when you try, if possible including snapshots of any error messages.

    You should not have two different Reader versions installed at the same time.

     

    Or do you mean Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader?  What versions?
