do I download Adobe Flash Player

How do I install adobe flash player?  It says something about internet explorer.  I don't know much about the computer and do not want to mess upwhat I have.

    What means "something"; do you get a message, and what does it say?

     

    Note that you need to close all instances of Internet Explorer during the install, otherwise Flash Player cannot install.
