Adobe Community: can't download adobe11?

Hi

Please try and download the setup for Adobe Flash player from

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

Please carefully select the Operating system and the Browser

If using FireFox, download it from here: http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_firefox/

If using IE, download it from here: http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/

I downloaded it says but I don't see it in my app menu and I still can't play any videos off you tube still.

Let's try resetting IE. Go to Tools, Internet Options, then to the last tab called Advanced. Click the 'Reset' button and reset IE back to all default settings. Then try to play a video on youtube. Let me know if this fixes the issue. Keep in mind, your default start page will change upon reset.

Please do not link to 3rd-party download sites. Although Filehippo is mostly a trusted site, they have been known to upload beta versions without mentioning it.

The latest offline installers are always availabe on http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-pr oblems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_header
