What iPhones do you support

This is just a general question, and I'd like to see what people thoughts are.

 

I've designed for both the iPad and Google tablets, but I need to create a digital catalog for the iPhone. Do you think its wise to not design for the 3GS, and just create an app for the iPhone 4, 4S and maybe create an optimized one for the iPhone 5?

 

Since I never submitted a publication to Apple for the iPhone, do we have to support the 3GS with a rendition?

 

Is anyone planning to create optiamized magazines, books, ect for the iPhone 5?
