problems downloading Adobe Flashplayer 11.3

I am trying to download Adobe Flashplayer 11.3 so I can use pic monkey. However it keeps saying it Can't find reliable source;and it will not allow me to down load.

Whenever I have trouble trying to download from Adobe's site, or Flash just won't quite install properly, I use a standalone download. This one is located at FileHippo, a really good file repository. Here is the link: http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/

You can choose the latest version or any revision of older ones. Hope this helps!
