Flash interactivity in PDF gets distorted when you zoom in

I have PDF I've made in Indesign. The first two pages are just normal static content, but the third page was content I made in a different Indesign document, exported to a swf and then added back in and re exported as a PDF again. Viewing the content in either Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Pro it loads fine and functions fine, but when you zoom in on it several times it becomes terribly distorted, I'm not sure why this happens or how to fix it.
