adobe activation... box appears saying " you are not allowed to continue because your account does not have proper privileges..please log in using an account with administrator privileges and try again

    Well, it's pretty clear, isn't it? Or what were you hoping for? If there are any specific issues, you need to provide much more info. We do not even know what program, much less operating system and all that stuff...
