Hello. I would like to have my CreatePDF and all other associated Adobe accounts deleted (possibly Acrobat, Adobe in general, etc.?) I have tried to look for a delete account option but cannot find it in my account settings. This will be very much appreciated, whether a staff member could remove me or if someone could point me in the right direction.
I have disabled your CreatePDF and Acrobat.com accounts. To actually delete your Adobe ID, you'll need to contact our privacy team. You can email them here: firstname.lastname@example.org
There are some consequences to deleting an Adobe ID completely, so make sure to ask the Privacy team about this to allow you to make an informed decision.
I went onto the forum and tried to get my account to quit sending me all these darn notices and I still keep getting them.
I would like to delete my account as well since I cannot seem to control unwanted e-mail.
It sounds like you may have subscribed to receive email notifications not just for your thread, but for the entire forum.
If you open this link: http://forums.adobe.com/community/createpdf along the right-hand column, you should see a link that says 'Stop email notifications.'
As I said earlier, if you want to move forward with deleting your entire Adobe ID, email the Privacy team.
