Can't see folio in Content Viewer on iPad

...even though it appears in Folio Builder and Folio Producer. Yes, I'm using the same Adobe ID - we've even shared the folio with other people and they can't see it either, not on an iPad 2 or 3. It's a 1024x768 folio, portrait only, PDF.

 

Any ideas, please?

    If you try to preview the folio using the Desktop Viewer, do you get an error message? My guess is that one of the articles is dual orientation. A common mistake with single-orientation folios is to forget to rename the html file with a suffix, such as index_v.html.

    And... with v23 of the Adobe Content Viewers we will (finally!) show you these folios with errors in the library and when you attempt to view them we will tell you why they aren't valid.

    I can preview individual articles but I can't preview the whole folio in Desktop Viewer because it doesn't support PDF.

     

    Now, half-way through uploading something else, I'm suddenly getting Network Failures and DPS will no longer allow me to sign in. Shambles, really. Will this happen when we launch the daily?
