Line around art

When we PDF our documents raster line art has cut lines around or beside them if you zoom in they go away and they also do not print. what is cause this. Our customer does not want to see them.

    What PDF settings do you use? In particular, what is the version of Acrobat compatibility used when creating the PDF file.

     

    The sample I showed in the blog posting was a raster image.

    It is not clear how you are creating the PDF and I think that is the current question. It sounds like you are using a feature of the software and not Acrobat. If you are using Acrobat, in the printer preferences there is a settings tab with a settings file denoted. That is the quetion that was asked. It might be useful if you post a sample page of the PDF. Also, what version of AA9 are you using, currently at 9.5.2?
