Can't change Country

There are a number of other discussions on this same issue (I realize this is not new) but I wanted to share my frustration, and perhaps one of you has come across a solution?

 

I am studying abroad this semester and decided that I wanted to have CS6 Design Std with me for some of the tasks I am needing to do.

While I am not currently - my school is - in Arkansas, USA. My home address is in Montana...funnily enough..also in the USA.

 

Given I am studying in New Zealand this semester, Mom shipped my software to me, I filled out the required online documentation to get my serial number sorted out. Then on install, I was having issues with my email address not being accepted. No luck signing in. I connected with the Adobe Online Chat Support and the next day they managed to resolve my account issues. In fact, they asked me for my email / contact address details / serial number...the works. And, they created my account.

 

I have been unable to log in to my account, as I was not given a password. I requested a password (using the forgot password link) but no emails ended up in my inbox. Today, customer service initiated a change of password email which did get through. Hey presto I can now log in to my account.....but my COUNTRY is listed as NEW ZEALAND and not USA!

 

This is hopeless.....how can I buy anything now if I can't enter my valid billing address....which is in Montana....a long way from New Zealand?
