Dual Monitors - Open All PDFs on the same monitor

I use Adobe Acrobat Reader with Windows 7 and a dual monitor set-up.

When I open a single PDF, without any other PDFs open, Reader will open it on my secondary monitor. This is fine, as that's where I prefer it to open.

However, when I open any further PDFs (with the first PDF still open), they always open on my primary monitor, which is particularly irritating.

How can I force Reader to always open every PDF in my secondary monitor by default?

The Acrobat Family does not fully support multiple-monitor systems, so the target for new windows isn't controllable.

Thank you for the confirmation.

I find that many businesses now have dual monitor set-ups as a default - probably about a quarter of staff in my company have this set-up - so I really hope this is something Adobe will look to tackle in future releases.
