Disapearing video filters in Premiere Pro CS6

All video effects are suddenly missing from the effects panel. I have checked the plug-ins folder and they are still there. Can anyone help me?

My only thought on something like this is to reinstall.

Take a look at the buttons next to the search bar at the top of the Effects panel and toggle them to see if that is the solution.

Good call David. Also make sure the search field is empty.
