How do I update Adobe Help to have the current help documents with local help enabled after deployment with AAMEE?

Client machines are Windows 7, CS6

Client machines do not have access to the internet.

So I want to know what files to update and which registry keys to change  (if required) in order to have CS6 applications use local help (using Acrobat).

Hi,

After creating the package using AAMEE 3.1, the AdobeHelp goes in the Excpetions folder of the AAMEE created package. you need to deploy all such exceptions in the Exceptions folder seperately using the Exceptions Deployer Application kept parallel to exceptions inside the Exceptions folder. The documentation of how to use Exception deployoer Application is present at http://www.adobe.com/devnet/creativesuite/enterprisedeployment.html. Have you already done this?? If not, you can deploy AdobeHelp on client machies using the above defined approach.

Thanks,

Adobe Help was installed as an Exception on the client machines.   I need to find a way to copy, install and configure local help files.

Are you sure you want to locally cache all the Adobe Community Help data? Last time I checked it was 1.3G per user.
