TLF Text and publish settings

Hi I'm using TLF text on some of my flash AS3 pages

I get a warning (see screenshot below) that my movie will not stream and I have to change some of the publishing settings to enable streaming.

I can not see where to change the required setting. This is where I looked (see screenshot below). Am I in the wrong menu? How do I get to use TLF with the benifit of streaming as well?

I appreciate your help

click the wrench (actionscript settings) next to the script combobox>click the library path tab>in the default linkage combobox, select "Merged into code". retest.
