I keep getting a error code 1321. what do I need to do to get past this?

    We cannot know. You did not even tell us what you are trying to download/ install nor anything about your system.

    I was trying to install Adobe photoshop 9 on an IBM compatable  system.  I

    have windows 7 installed.  I have and Intel pentium qaud  processor with 16

    gigs of Ram and 64 bit system board.  When i try to  install Adobe 9 it

    starts to install then gives me an error code 1321 saying  something about not

    enough privleges to operate.  Hope this helps. thanks  in advance.  John

    Are you installing as an Administrator user?

     

    Can you tell us the full and exact error message?

    Give that a spin:

     

    Error 1321 or 1309

     

    It's not specific to Acro, but it covers your issue (hopefully).
