I have tried numerous times to get CS6 Master Collection to install. I am an Adobe User Group Manager and was given a serial key by the Adobe Community Team.
I have downloaded the installer multiple times using the download assistant and through the direct download link. It installs ok,. Bridge and Acrobat Pro X will run. Photoshop, Illustrator and ID all give
the following message on launch
Please uninstall and reinstall the product.
If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.
I have tried fixing permissions on folders, I have tried a fresh administrator account. I have made sure that the security is set to allow apps from all sources.
I have even tried the cleaner tool and removed CS5 and CS6 from my system... same issue.
