Most games are not working properly. Very slow or not at all. Why? How can I fix?

Could you please let us know the operating system and browser you use.
Also, please turn off hardware acceleration and see: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-games-video-or.htm l#main_7__Disable_Flash_Player_hardware_acceleration
