When you switch to the view to the Publish Requests, you can click on the "Failed" status to get a message as to why your update failed. What message do you get back?
Thanks for the added information. There are a few other users that are currently having problems when updating folios with HTMLResources. We are actively investigating and working on a resolution to the problem. If you email me directly at sash@adobe.com, I will follow up directly with you once we have solved the issue.
We released a fix for this problem last night on the publishing servers. @wa148 followed up with me off thread to let me know that their publish requests were now successful.
