Save option no longer available in Reader?

Have been receiving PDF statements from Utility and Financial companies for years and was able to save copies to my computer. It's the age of paperless but I still want to keep a copy on my computer - not print it! Since the lates Reader upgrade the Save icon/option is no longer available?

    Then simply copy the file from the TEMP folder where it is downloaded. If you are looking at the PDF, it is on your machine. For further questions on Reader, try the Reader forum.

    Then don't open it with Reader, just download it to your local disk.
