I'm having an issue with Shockwave too. I downloaded Shockwave Player 11.6.7.637, but can't get it to open or install.

I am running Windows Vista on a Dell Inspiron 1525, and never had an issue installing or updating Shockwave before this update.

I did that, and it made no difference at all. I've doublechecked everything and there's nothing that should be blocking it from opening and installing.

I have the same problem as Black Knyght. I can't run the installer. I double click on it and nothing happens. I tried running it as admin but that doesn't wor either. I tried the download link above and still the same problem.

I have a HP Vista Premium SP2 x64 computer.
