Easy Handcursor Question

Hi. I have an easy question for anyone who can answer. I don't really know actionscript (or any kind of code), but I have this simple bit of code and just want to make the mouse into the handcursor when anywhere on the document is moused-over.
How should I modify this code to make that happen? Thanks in advance.
