Adobe Flash Player 11 timeout on install

I have tried to download Adobe Flash Player 11 about 10 times now. I am able to download it but everytime it gets to the black install box, it timeouts at 47% Is anyone else having trouble or know how I can fix it? I have tried with my security system on and off. I am running IE9

Try to download and run the offline installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-pr oblems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_header
