Setting up CS6 and need recomendations on video capture card

Hi all,

Our old computer went up in flames (literally) so we are setting up a new computer with CS6 and I need a recomendation on a new capture card. The system is running windows 7, 4G of Ram, slim form factor case. Can anyone give me a good recomendation on a video capture card.
