Drawings disappearing on mouse release?!

When I say disappearing, I mean they turn transparent with a green outline. This is a picture before I let go.Untitled.png

Now, Im going to uncheck the green box  and do the same thing.

Why is it doing this? can somone please help?

    It looks like you have the layer set to show outlines. In the Timeline window look at the layer that you are using. There are three icons to the right of the layer name, the first shows or hides the layer's contents, the second locks the layer's contents and the third toggles outline or normal view. Try clicking on that last icon and see if it makes a difference.

    I have already done that. See the pictures above. The third button does nothing.

    Please try this,shutdown he machine and  restart the application again. I think its a memory issue, memory is captured other apps or virus.
