How do I distort 5 straight lines?

Sep 22, 2012 3:27 PM

I'm attempting to follow this video tutorial:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1V54a0G8oMc

I'm at the 17:38 mark. I've tried the suggested keyboard commands and they don't work.

Any advice readily appreciated.

You'd maybe want to tell us in your own words what exactly you want to build and what exatly you already have.

Show a screenshot of your work. Not too many people would like to watch a video first in order to answer your question.

    Mastov1,

you could have spared me watching that part of the video by asking how to use the Free Transform Tool

Anyway, with the object/s selected, pick the Free Transform Tool (E), first click and hold  on a corner of the bounding box, only after that, press and hold down Ctrl (for Windows) or Cmd (for mac) key, then start dragging in the desired direction and while holding the Ctrl/Cmd key also press and hold the Shift key to constrain.
