Need help with flashplayer update

I tried to download flashplayer.  Told to close all kinds of things.  The one I cannot identify is gplayer.

    What is your operating system & version?

     

    What is your web browser?

     

    What is 'gplayer'?

    My operating system is Vista.  I use Explorer 9.  I have absolutely no idea what gplayer is.  That is what Adobe Flashplayer says I need to close.

    It is something you have installed on your system, and it obviously uses Flash Player.  That's why it needs to be closed in order to install the update.

     

    Check with the Taks Manager's Processes tab.
