Question for photoshop

I need some help when I click on get perfection with PhotoMerge Group shot it will not let me open it, it tells me that I have to download adobe AIR. I do have it downloaded but for some reason I can not open it.. What do I need to do to get this fix???

    Sounds like something which is causing problem in loading AIR components. Did you try restarting machine once?

     

    Would be helpful if you can share exact message you see.
