Store/Download issue

I have purchased Dreamweaver but it never gave me an option for Mac OSX. The only time I saw an explicit OS indicator was after I purchased the productt. What can I do now that you have my money and I can only download a product I cannot use?

    May i know when and from where did you purchased Dreamweaver?

    What is the version of Dreamweaver that you purchased?

    Which Operating system do you have?

    The only other option in this case is to return the order, get a refund and place the correct order.

     

    I am not sure what you mean when you say you do not have the product. In case of a swap you simply need to have the serial number of the productyou have(it is already registered on your account), go to http://www.adobe.com/go/supportportal and follow the instructions mentioned on the previous link.
