Which operating system and browser are you using and what is the version of Flash Player you currently have installed?

I think it will be Windows and it is always the same problem (ActiveX & NPAPI).

Install both versions of the Flash Player after uninstalling:

http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/i nstall_flash_player_11_active_x.exe
http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/i nstall_flash_player_11_plugin.exe
