Installation Problems

Did anyone have trouble installing Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard?  I have tried installing several times, but I keep having problems when I try to open up the applications.

    As Nikhil said, we do not even know what system you're on, so this is not going anywhere. Provide more info.

    Yes I have also had problems. I have tried to download proof of purchase  and proof of identity but the files were too big. I down loaded the software they recommended to send the files and put in the email address that they asked me to send to  but the software company has given the ff message: List contains invalid email address.

    Proof of Purchase and Proof of identity are seperate topics in itself and not linked to installation.

     

    Proof of Identity/Eligibility: Needed only when you are trying to get a serial  number for an educational verison a.k.a student teacher edition for an Adobe product.

    Proof of Puchase: Needed when trying to return a product purchased from a reseller.

     

    What exactly are you trying to do here?

    Dear Nikhil,

     

    Thank you for your reply. I am trying to get a serial number for an educational version. I have previously tried to download proof of purchase, identity and my union card but the files were too big (photographed).

     

    I then went onto the suggested link and downloaded the 'cyberduck' software. However, the email link provided by Adobe is not recognised by cyberduck.

     

    Would it be easier of I just sent everything to you by mail?

    Thanks Cathy. Can you let me know the link you logged on to to upload your proof of purchase and proof of eligibilty(the link mentioned on the box or the insert in the box)?

    I tried again. I compressed the file and converted them to pdf. After sending submit, and I have done the whole routine TWICE - it comes up with the ff:

    There were some updations happening on our servers hence the website may have come up as unavailable. Can you try once more now and let us know the results?

    Surprise surprise, it didn't work. I followed the link below and started chatting. However, they could not solve the problem except suggest I start all over again.
