10.3.183.25 IS the solution to the video crashing problems that is occuring in all browsers and on all platforms of pc & mac.

1. Download the adobe flash Uninstaller first here: http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe

Run it with browsers closed.

Then...

2. Download and install 10.3.183.25 from here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html

Might have to scroll down a bit to find it.

Restart browser. My videos are playing fine now, and I couldn't be happier. Don't know why all the flash players are crashing, or not working, or turning black. Videos are playing now. What a relief! As a bonus, I disabled hw acceleration. You do that by right clicking where you are (on the video), and clicking "settings". Uncheck hardware acceleration. Videos will now switch from full screen and back, instantly. With no delays.

All your content will still play. 10.3.183.25 still plays 720p and 1080p fine, and with no problem. Let me know if this fix has worked for you! 🙂
