I'm getting ther error "The update server is not responding.  The server might be offline temporarily, or the internet or firewall settings may be incorrect."

This is when I go to help>update from Photoshop.

I have tried the disable mini port option and checked the firewall settings.

What next ?

Thanks!

Check your host file?  It does sound like something is blocking access though.  Are you on a managed network?  Have you tried temporarily disabling your Firewall software?

I'm on my own wireless network.

I have tried disabling/shutting down my firewall.

I'm having the same issue and can't get any updates. Finally had to manually download the updates.
