I have the same problem only when I use chrome, regular internet explorer doesn't give me any trouble.   I'm just a customer and can't help but thought you would like to know.   My chrome just started to do this recently.

I am having the say problem.  I have searched both Chrome and Flash user Forums and it seems to have effected everyone with the most recent update of Flash,  I turned in a bug report to Chrome, but it came back as invalid.  They told me to report the problem to Adobe.  Adobe doesn't seem to have a bug report process for Flash.

I'm done with it.  I have changed my default to Firefox.

I too have exactly the same problem - everything updated, searched for solutions: nothing. 32 bit XP, Crome browser. flash 11.5.31.2 Just happened over the last few days since the latest Flashplayer update, affects BOTH my desktop and laptop. Very annoying, and so far incurable.

I'd recommend first trying the beta version of Chrome located here:

https://www.google.com/landing/chrome/beta/

If the problem still exists, please see this help page to see if using the system's version of Flash Player works.

Enable system Flash Player in Google Chrome | Windows | Mac
