Hello!
I downloaded recordings and uploaded content from an old version of Adobe Connect using the "output/ $file .zip?download=zip" method and I uploaded them to Adobe Connect 9 but the participants will not play on the recording and uploaded content does not appear on the recording.

The uploaded content is loaded with a file path call, so moving the recordings will cause that call to fail, and thus the content won't load.
Not sure about the participants not playing, can you explain that more?

I uploaded recordings and "uploaded contents" with the same path and "uploaded content" and recordings in the same folder. Attached is a picture of a recording.

If you are moving the recording to a new server, then the calls to the content will not work. This is because the new server will assign new URLs and new SCO IDs for the content objects, so the old links in the recording will never call to the correct content (if any). The only way to the the old recordings on to the new server is to migrate the content from one server to the other (when upgrading the server in a licensed deployment), or use the Make Offline option to make an FLV version of the recording, which can be uploaded to the new server.
The FLV version will not have any of the interactivity of the original version of the recording, but it will have all the content displayed.
Adobe Support should be able to work through any steps to get your content on the new server, if it is possible.
