My MBA cannot open the LR pkg files I just downloaded.

Hi, I am using an i7 MBA. I have just purchased and downloaded LR 4. However, when I clicked on the .pkg files, it says that the files cannot be open and thus I should either cancel or eject the disk image. Please advise. I am currently downloading the file a second time. Please help.

I have downloaded the files a second time and yes, I am still unable to install it onto my MBA. My OS is 10.8.2...

Please help.

I have tried downloading it onto my MBP running OS 10.8.2 and yet it still would not install. It says that I should eject the disk image. Sigh.

Download using a browser other than Safari.

Nope, I still cannot open the file. Was thinking of using firefox but then the website does not allow me to download it anymore. Sigh...
