where is the animation panel in Photoshop CS6 extended?

Its the timeline panel in CS6 there is a button to create a video or animation frames once the panel opens. Use men Window>Timeline to open

Thank you very much for responding JJMack, but i happened to stumble across it maybe 30 minutes after i posted the question. I somehow stumbled across it by selecting the measurements panel. But none of the less, thank you for the support, sincerely, David Caron.
