Every time I try to screen share, or share an application.  Any ideas?
Thanks

After a lot of testing I realized that if I use a lower screen resolution, especially if it's widescreen, Adobe Connect is more stable.

Could be a bandwidth or system resource issue. A high resolution monitor is a very large image to try to screen share. You will see the best performance with a resolution closer to 1024 X 768, and you attendees will have a better experience, because they can see what is on your screen.

Other than adjusting the resolution, are there other solutions?  I continue to get a pop up window saying that there is not enough bandwidth to handle the sharing of documents.  We have plenty of bandwidth.  Another pop up that I am getting is that "the program has performed an action that requires Windows to temporarily change the color scheme to Windows basic...Adobe Connect plug in 11.2 r247."  Any suggestions?

Is your issue with sharing documents when screen sharing or uploading documents to the share pod?

As to the windows scheme, it forces Vista/7 to basic color scheme when screen sharing. This is for performance reasons. It is not a bug or problem.

Yes. Screen and document sharing. I am bumped out of the meeting room.

I suppose it could be a network or firewall setting. It sounds like something that needs to be looked at by IT and/or Adobe Support.
