CS6 re-installation

Upon receipt of photoshop cs6 I installed the program with no problem.  I did have a problem with microsoft silverlight and to get it to work I restored the computer to an earlier date, a date unfortunately before the cs6 installation.  I have since tried to re-install cs6 countless times but to no avail.  Any ideas?

What exactly is not working? Do you get any warnings? What system are you on exactly?

The initiativization installation bar goes across and then nothing else happens, no messages just back to the startup.
