Ok- that makes sense (though it might be helpful in the future when one clicks the download button and takes them to the app manager, there is some kind of notification about not being able to download and install, instead of just not showing up).
But I also have the same problem with Lightroom. Click download in cloud, but doesn't show up in App Manager. And the tech specs say Lightroom supports Vista. Thoughts?

Do you have Windows Vista SP1 installed? The system requirements for Lightroom can be found at http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom/tech-specs.html.

I have Vista with service pack 2. Does light room ONLY work with SP1? Or with SP1 and higher?

Branched this out to a separate discussion. No it will work with SP1 and higher. What version of the Adobe Application Manager are you using?

Also do you have an active subscription to the Creative Cloud? Lightroom is only available through the Creative Cloud to subscribers.

Well typically if it is missing it is due to not meeting the system requirements or having an older version of the Adobe Application Manager installed. If you are sure that you meet and exceed the requirements then I would recommend the following steps to ensure that you do not have any additional difficulties.
The CS Cleaner tool may not be necessary for this process but if you are going to invest the time with removing all of the Adobe Creative Software then it would be best to follow with the cleaner tool.

Ok, will try. Sounds like lots of fun. 😃
