Premiere Elements 11 Trial Will not Launch

Premiere Elements 11 Trial Version will not launch on my laptop which is only 4 weeks old. OS Windows 7 - all windows updates are up to date and latest version of quicktime installed

HI Thanks for getting back to me - no warnings appear at all - the purple opening box with all the names comes up but then that disappears and nothing else happens
