After Effects Cs6 Installation Won't Work!

Im am trying to install after effects cs6 but it keeps stopping a 2% and has all these things to make it work, i do everything it says (ive done it about 7 times) and it Still won't work! someone please help!

Hi Yovanniflores,

Please follow the following steps :

1. Disable the startup services : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/disable-startup-items-services-windows.html

2. Use the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool from the below link and try uninstall all the CS6 application.

http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

3. After using the cleaner tool, please rename the following folders located at the below location :

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

if you use 32 bit system it would be C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe

Rename the following folders ;

Adobe PCD -> Adobe PCDold

backup -> backupold

caps -> capsold

Then run the setup file again.
