I can confirm that WWP 2003 worked with FM 7.0, if that's any help.

I wouldn't recommend investing a lot of time in WWP 2003. It was discontinued at around the time FM 8.0 came out, and is without support. We switched to Mif2Go, which turned out to be faster and easier to use, and much less expensive.
