For Flash Player, I would recommend downloading and installing the following file:

http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player.exe

I'm not sure what to do for Norton, you'll want to contact them or post on their forum for assistance.  For IE, I'd recommend rebooting and trying to update again.  If it still fails, you might want to try the manual update located here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35934&WT.mc_id=rss_allproducts_ie
