I created a merged project.
I have created all projects files locally. The children (when viewed independency) work fine.
I have deleted and started over 3 times with the same issue. I contacted Adobe Support, but they could not help.
Any idea o what might be the issue or how to resolve this problem.
Thanks!
Kim

Thanks, for your reply.... your site is where I started! I have followed the appropriate creation process, but still continue to have issues.
I have viewed all the information, but nothing is there to assist in troubleshooting my issue.
Any other ideas on how to solve this issue?
Your help is appreciated!
Kim

Have you downloaded the demo? That usually helps. Will look again in the morning.

Try in Firefox. I will look in the morning.

First of all try moving the project so that the path is shorter. Create a folder like C:\RhMerge.
Second, I notice your path has spaces showing in the browser. Browser addresses substitute %20 so I am not sure how you have managed that. However the demo does not have spaces unless you have buried it somewhere that does.
Also please try Firefox as well.
Post back if still not resolved or to tell us what fixed it.

Thank you so much for you help on this.
I tried all your suggestions listed above, but not of them resolve the issue.
I also tried changing all my activeX setting as well, but that did not work either.
I am stumped!

There has to be some sort of environment issue at play here.
Can you put the output on a thumb drive and run it on a PC at home? It doesn't need Rh as you are just viewing the output.
What version of Windows are you using?

First of all, thank you for your contiguous support and not giving up on me!
I am running Windows 7.
I will try viewing using my laptop at home.
Thanks!

I did a little debugging and found that the master project was throwing a weird script error, so I deleted everything and started over. It is working now. Thanks!

Hi Kim,
I know this is a fairly old thread, but I am experiencing the same problem in RoboHelp 10 that you described and were able to resolve. Do you happen to have any additional details as to the script error that you found? And when you deleted everything, what did that involve?
Thanks,
Amy McDonald
