Should I uninstall Lightroom 3 after upgrading to LR 4?

I downloaded and installed LR 4 as an upgrade to LR 3.

I see that both are now installed on the computer.

Do I need to retain LR 3?

Or should I uninstall LR 3?

In other words, does LR 4 stand by itself when installed as an upgrade?

Hi Bruce,

    Though you have purchased an Upgrade version, the installation media will be full media. We will be able to know whether the product is an Upgrade or a Full version only with the serial number and activation. Hence it doesn't require the media of previous versions. If you want to work with only with one version, then you can go ahead and uninstall the previous versions. It doesn't disturb the current version.
