Hi,

Which operating system are you using?

Restart your computer. Then, follow these steps:

On Windows:

1. Navigate to the task manager.

2. Click on the processes tab.

3. Select "Show processes from all users". In the list of processes, look for ElementsAutoanalyzer & dynamiclinkmanager.

4. Select the processes and end them.

5. Reinstall the applications.

On a Mac:

1. Navigate to activity monitor.

2. Select processes and "show all processes" in the drop down menu at the top of the dialog.
