framemaker 7.1 error during update

During the automatic update, which happens sometimes with program start, an error occurs,

and no file will be downloaded. I'm using Windows XP. Someone knows help?

Turn off the automatic updates, as FM7.1 has not been updated in many years. Check your version using Help > About. The only update for FM7.1 patches it to 7.1p116. If you are at that version already, then you're up to date (but seriously out-of-date ).

Thank you for the information. I know, I'm using a "steam machine", but for my claims it's OK. If there are no more updates available, I'm wondering, what ever from Adobe will automatically downloaded ... But I followed your hint, and switched off the automatic updates.
