hard drive crashed, how do i re-install photoshop?

My the motherboard on my dell studio laptop burnt out.  It caused my hard drive to malfunction.  When I would try to turn on my laptop, I would receive a messeage stating, "windows is loading files."  This would go on for hours.  Dell finally sent a tech who replaced the motherboard and hard drive,  I lost everything including photoshop.  My question is, how do i re-install photoshop?  I tried to re-dowload it but got an error message saying that the files are in different locations.  Thanks for any help.

The message in the open budle screen says, the file archive part is missing.

You're being far too vague. What version of PS are you trying to download from where? What is the exact error message?
